Internet marketing is not just one topic, there are countless internet
marketing categories, so it's best if you go to Amazon or wherever
you get your books, and search for the topics that interest you.

You will learn better if you read about things that you want to read,
    not what somebody else recommends.

I'd recommend: "Influence" by Robert Cialdini for persuasion insights, "Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook" by Gary Vaynerchuk for social media strategy.

Use Bing, ask Co-pilot: Where can I find summaries of books on Internet Marketing?

Then check out buffer, targetinternet, and thecmo to get you started. You'll find summaries which may help you decide where to start.

I don't think you need to read any books on IM, although I have read almost all of them. If you are a lifelong learner, they may fit with your goals, I would read two books a week for decades. But you may not be an avid reader and are just looking for some succinct ideas on what to do.

How you choose which books to read will also REVEAL to yourself, what your real goals might be.

I say reading books on IM isn't needed for making money online with IM because it isn't.

Maybe you just want to know about TRANSACTIONS. And that is enough to get you started, up and running and making money quickly.

ONE important hint for you here at the Warrior Forum...these two+ decades of archives have a ton of stories about people getting stuck, spinning their wheels, taking YEARS and YEARS to find their place in IM...

When in reality, all that time wasted was due to lack of PLANNING at the beginning and that comes from not having a clear idea of what you want.

Start there; What do you want from your IM?

And YOUR answer will help you decide which books fit best with your goals.

    GordonJ

P.S. I think a foundation of how transactions take place is all that is really needed, and you can find that in short reports and probably for free with AI like Co-Pilot, Chatgpt, or other artificial intelligence sites.

Not exactly about iternet marketing but for marketing in general, 100m leads and 100m offers from Alex Hormozi. Everything he says can be applied to digital marketing as well.

I am really liking anything by Daniel Priestley at the moment. I also agree with others who have called out Alex Hormozi, he seems a great guy. Anything by Gary V is also a good shout. Dan Kennedy is famed as being the Grandfather of marketing and his book Magnetic Marketing is worth a read. It's high level but gives you plenty of ideas to go find out more about. Best of luck
