Best day for a webinar?

We all have different niches but do you guys have general lessons you've learned regarding day of the week and time?

My niche is realtors and ChatGPT suggested Tuesday or Wednesday, end of day (4 to 6 pm)

As a former Realtor, we had pretty fixed work schedules when in the office, that is, for training or educational purposes. MID day or right after lunch, the evenings are for showings, getting listings, and what not.

What is the webinar regarding? Are you aiming for Brokers, in house Realtors, area specific?

The time of day of your webinar will depend on your content, are you trying to sell them something, or offering true value?

Maybe you should get some feed back from your followers first .You might want to check yiur data base aswell to gain a better understanding of yiur target audience.

You can also test different times l through the week and maybe lunch times on the weekends to see what you come up with .

I think, if you add enough value to people for turning up 'in person' rather than getting the recording, then the time and day is less important. I don't think having a webinar in the middle of the night (in your target market's time zone) is very helpful but worrying over the time and day otherwise, would seem to me to be the wrong thing to focus on. If you want people to turn up to the live version (not the recording), then focus on what your target audience will find of such value they would feel silly not signing up (and turning up) ie special offers only for those who turn up, chance to get your questions answered by an expert if you turn up, free bonuses for those who turn up etc. These are the things that will motivate sign ups and turn ups more than when the webinar is being held. Best of luck to you
