Safelist Submitters - any with proven results?

Many of my members (mostly newbies), having limited budgets, are using Safelists as a method of promotion and while they do produce results (mainly for free offers) I worry that the time it takes to submit to, say, a dozen Safelists takes them away from more productive activities.

My memory from my own very early days is that any sort of bulk submitter produced dismal results, however maybe times have changed as I've wandered my way to financial freedom.

Are there any Safelist submitters nowadays that are quick to setup and use that produce worthwhile results?

Thanks

I use IPostAd and am very pleased with the results I get from it. You will
have to, from time to time, revalidate your email through the submitter
as lists do bump you off if your email bounces. However, the process does
not take more than a few minutes and once or twice a month is fine.

Also, get an email account like Youknow.com. It is specifically made for
safelist mailing and the bounce rate is relatively low next to other emails.
It has an auto cleaning feature that works nightly so you never have to
    check your emails manually.

    Hope this helps.
