    Thank you! I like how they talk specifically about both affiliate disclosure and testimonials. Anyone who does IM should listen to this interview.

    It almost seems like the FTC themselves don't even know where the line is with their guidelines. That's the problem...I think it's good to regulate and work at keeping fraud from happening, but they need to know where to draw the line themselves.

    Its like the FTC guys says, this is mostly for the people who live(operate their business) across the line. The further guidance is to help us not accidently cross the line. But everything is still very vague
