Paypal Buy Now button question

Hi, I'm making a paypal buy now button for my first WSO, woohoo 1

I have a question here. May I know whether I should have the "Take customer to a specific page (URL) after successful checkout:"
linked directly to the .pdf ebook, or link it to a thank you page?

    It is best to set your ebook delivery up through aweber after paypal payment is made. Even though you can make your destination url the Thank you page, customers still have to click "return to merchant" after purchase. You would be surprised how many people will not click that button, and your thread will be full of people saying they didnt get the download.

    It is pretty simple. Aweber has a step by step guide on how to do it. But, your customer will get a confirmation email to the email associated with their paypal address. Then, set your follow up to be the email with the download link or thank you page.

    It really makes it easy for the customer...and you.

    Hi again, sorry for bumping this thread up.

    I have integrated Aweber with Paypal. I have also created an instant followup email for that.

    I created a buy now button for a free $0 free trial subscription to test whether upon signing up for subscription, my another paypal will be added to Aweber, and no email was sent to my email.

    May I know whether I have done anything wrong?
