How can I start and where? Cold emailing is forbidden in GERMANY, since GDPR, which paid networking

HI FOLKS,



I want to offer medium-sized SEO agency services to the largest private companies in Germany but it requires a solid strategy to highlight my expertise, reliability, and value. How would this be possible?



Also I have to dentify the right companies and their decision-makers: "marketing Managers,Heads of Digital Transformation, or CEOs"?



Develop personalized outreach through LinkedIn and email campaigns.



Offer high-value services like free consultation... In my early stages of planing how i can make it possible, I consider partnerships with other agencies to provide bundled services..



In my questioning how I will make it, I am open for any feedback and suggestions.

    You begin by learning about setting up your business in the same
    way that you would when starting any other business.

    Read books, take courses, and apply your education.

    Develop a business plan and do what is necessary.

    There are no shortcuts, and you certainly don't learn about doing
    this through forum posts.

    As to your email dilemma, mail a letter, it's not that complicated.

    that is good, cold email is not good, i want start building a email list, i would collect email address by investing a auto responser, were they gave constent by opt in to your email list, this is the best way, building a email list with someone that you can trust, and providing value and then sell later is the best method it does work

    I would assume the "largest private companies" in Germany or any other country would have in-house SEO specialists.
