I did a search for banner ad creator and variations on banner ad within the warrior forum,
but nothing came up.
Can someone recommend a good banner ad creator software?

Check through Google. I use a free banner maker that is excellent that I found this way and have used it for years. Try different terms like banner maker etc.

Just use ANY graphic design editor. Here's a freebie for the PC Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing (excellent)

You need banner ad sizes, here you go - standard banner sizes, web page banners, banner ad design, web site banner ads

You can create a banner ad in five minutes or less. No need for special software.

I purchased Banner Generator Pro as a WSO, from warrior Bobby Walker, a couple of days ago and it is really easy to use. I made a couple of banners fairly quickly using my own graphics, to put on a couple of my sites.

best way is to create a banner in excel, transfer it to paint, and edit it with microsoft photo suit (for static)... I tried a lot of banner creator but the result will be no good if you know nothing about graphic design... If you know graphic design, try to use GIMP.
