Google Checkout Help - Solved

I'm trying to set up Google checkout for a client. All ok - except one thing. Clients need to be able to specify a delivery date as my client sells fresh goods.

I can see how a client can specify a different address, but not how to add a field so they can specify a date. The client would also like customers to be able to specify a message for the recipient.

Is this too much to ask of Google checkout?

Any help gratefully received - I'm probably missing something really simple.
