Is This A Sensible Article Marketing technique?

Hello, warriors. Thought I would get your opinion again.

I'm considering an article marketing technique along these lines to gain back links.

Let's take an example (This is not my niche, by the way).

I build an opt-in squeeze page and optimize it for the keyword: planning a wedding. 3 - 5% keyword density.

I decide to write three separate articles with related keywords, each with 3 - 5% keyword density:

one article optimizing the keyword how to plan a wedding
one article optimizing the keyword wedding planning guide
and the third article optimizing the keyword wedding planning checklist

Each of these articles are submitted via article submitting software to 50+ article directories across the net, each with a link pointing back to my squeeze page.

If I also decided to write an article for the original keyword planning a wedding, would Google consider that spamming my original keyword since it's being used, in total, more than 3 - 5%? Or is there really nothing to worry about?

Na, you should be fine with that. Thats similar to what I have done before and had no issues.

Google will not consider something to be spam, based on your keyword density. But you will get best results by writing naturally. Trust me.

I don't see anything wrong with that. From what I've read about article marketing, it fits right in.
