A DIY home flooring cost calculator (for your flooring client)

A short explainer PDF or infographic on metal roofing benefits or FAQs

I let them know it's exclusive and they're free to share it with their audience as long as they include credit with a backlink to the source (hosted on the client's site).

This approach works because it gives value to their audience without sounding promotional, and the backlinks feel organic.
