Simple site idea that drives traffic daily without ads - thoughts?

I recently launched a simple project: **site name removed by moderator** It's a clean, no-login-needed site that helps people find where to stream any movie or show (like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.). No popups, just fast search and links.
What surprised me is that without spending anything on ads, the site started getting organic traffic from Reddit, niche forums, and a few blog backlinks. It turns out people are constantly Googling "where to watch [movie name]", and this solves that.
I'm thinking of expanding it or monetizing lightly -- maybe affiliate links to streaming platforms, or even using it as a lead magnet. Just wanted to share the approach and hear your thoughts:
Have you built anything similar with passive traffic?
Any tips on optimizing for search or user retention?
Would adding a "what's trending now" section help stickiness?
