Is it possible to earn 6 figures yearly by blogging

Hey warriors recently i noticed that article marketing and squidoo etc are temporary and very volatile source of income. I want some stability in my income so probably i want to have my won site and blogging is looking most appealing to me right now since i am not at a stage to produce an info product. I am looking up to making a quality blog which can provide me some consistency to cover atleast my basic plans. What say warriors? Are any of you alreadu earning atleast 3000$ per month just from blogging. i will really appreciate to hear any success stories about bloggers.

You can make A LOT of money with blogging but you also need to be ready to invest A LOT of time to it. Perez Hilton once said he works 16 hours a day on his blog. Many times it looks like the guys behind popular blogs don't do that much work around them, they post every now and then but trust me, they are working in background their ass off

"blogging" can be defined in so many ways. I set up blogs because they are easy to place content on with very quick installation and they rank high in search engines. Then the posts on the actual blog are "sales pitches", pre-sells, reviews etc"...

Just because you have a blog you don't need to post "What you did today, or the news"... I've got a blog doing about $25-$50 per day (1 or 2 sales at $25 commission) per day, and it's pretty much static and automatic, becuase the top post that they reach is a pre-sell video much like a landing page. It's getting about 100 visitors per day right now.

3 weeks it's been up.. So it depends on how you use your blog... but I'd say that "blog" is just a "platform" and means of delivery for your content.

I agree. I should have said that I was talking about these basic personal blogs like Perez Hilton's, Shoemoney's or John Chow's just to name a few.

I agree, a few like John Chow apparently do, but take a look at his site and output volume + expertise and ask "can I compete".

You can make 6 figures by blogging if you can launch a product (like a home study course or membership website) from your blog. Not just from advertising alone.

It is possible to earn that amount. We must have a good blog site. Then we can sell links, Blog posts, Use CPA, Adsense etc. There are lot of sites who pay for blog posts like reviewme etc.

    Thanks
    Blog.

It is possible but highly unlikely. If you set up a network of blogs you are more likely to succeed in your goal.

Most people who "blog for dollars" with "quality content" and with "building a readership" (aka social referral traffic) make less than what they would make slinging hamburgers part time at McDonalds or greeting people at Wal-Mart.

It's a good branding tool for eventually selling your own products and services plus gaining publicity and industry attention, if done right and if you get a bit of luck along the way. But this is a long term strategy and it will take time, investment and patience to see it through. Don't look at personality based blogging as quick bucks, but a long term investment in personal branding.

Can u plz suggest me anything else which has more consistent income other than blogs. Should i use a review site powered by wordpress can it help me earn some dollars to expand and reinvest or something like google sniper

Sorry to break it to you, but you aren't going to make a quick six figure income doing anything. If bloggers making six figures could do it quickly, everyone would do it. IMHO, there is no way you can make six figures quickly if you are a newbie. There is just too much to learn.

If you want to make six figures, learn everything you can and start taking ACTION. If you truly want to make six figures, it is probably easier to do it by employing multiple strategies, or multiple streams of income. You can make six figures without working 16 hours a day blogging. It just takes time to figure out what you are doing.

Blogging alone won't be enough in the beginning. Traffic is the key.
Ross Goldberg told me that "Blogs are the cornerstone of making money online" But hey! They call him Mr Traffic not Mr Blogger, get the hint?
Yeah you can make big bucks from your blog but learn to drive traffic without breaking the bank.

Yes you can make excellent money blogging, but rarely from a single blog. You'll
need lots of blogs in different niches, flipping some, and starting over again, and
allowing others to mature to flip at higher prices. Of course you need to have a
systematic approach, and a way to feed those blogs. You'll need the right tools.

You might want to talk to Jhongren here on the WF. As I recall, me makes good money with his wedding blog, plus he has a product that will show you how he did it.

you might want to look into some of the wso's on autoblogging.......i have not done this but am also looking into it. with an autoblog...if you do it the right way you can get traffic......monetize it and just make income from the blogs...or flip some of them to add to your yearly income. as with anyting else it seems there is no one definitive answer to your question. of course it CAN be done.....and there are MANY ways to do it. just pick a way that seems like it could work and WORK the plan.
