HELP newbie to IM Need tips and information

Offering a service can be a great way to get started making money online.

If you can write articles of good quality, for example, you should be able to get some work pretty fast.

Also, writing articles for internet marketers can be a great way to learn about internet marketing for free.

One thing that strikes immediately about your post is that you write quite well. It's clear, succinct and interesting to read.

Why not offer your services as an article writer? Do a bit of research on the warriors for hire forum to see what other freelancers are charging for their work. Here's the link:

Basically find something you enjoy and master it.

Although if you enjoy writing I'm sure you can make some decent money as a freelance online content writer.

Wow so happy someone has replied . I never thought about that idea of writing but it sounds quite good. I will definately have a look at it. From what i have read lately affiliate marketing and having a website driving traffic to that site with PPC ads is also what a lot of people are getting into to make money online. Do you guys think that this is something that someone new to IM should look into or is it harder than it seems to get started?

While I'm not new to online marketing, I'm also new to the Warrior Forum.

What you have is common, analysis by paralysis.

First, I'd like to welcome you to online marketing. It is a career that keeps me up at night and ready to work first thing in the morning. You are lucky to have such a great example of hard work, that is very rare among your generation, at least from those kids in America for the most part.

The common misconception with online marketing is the quick dream. It doesn't happen. Coming into this field with that mindset will set you back. You my friend are already ahead of most of your competition.

You need to start taking action, no matter what it is. remember, each failure is one step closer to success. every online marketer has failures.

I'm going to introduce you to my product. Now I'm trying to be careful here because I'm not a part of this forum solely to whore out my content, heck, especially on first post. However with an opt-in you get a 10 day sequence is great free material. I'm only encouraging you to look at the free material.

The reason why I'm doing this is I teach how to build a Local Internet Marketing Agency. I also own and operate one myself and have built a real, sustainable business over the last 5 years. We provide Internet Marketing to local businesses. It's an area of Internet Marketing that is growing and I personally have enjoyed this niche.

In any event, I hope that the free 22 page report and the free Sales video just might give you some further insight into a niche that takes IM knowledge and applies it to a brick and mortar business.

Finally, I'm not encouraging you to purchase our material at this time.

I am encouraging you to continue playing in different niches for a little while until you gain some more confidence with your options. Then after another 6 months or so, decide on where your passion is. One you have collected all the data, remove emotion from your decision, don't chase the money and begin a well though out execution plan. With long hours, hard work, you will be in a position to make a living with a long term sustainable business online.

Well, it appears I can not post a link until at least 15 posts, which is completly understandable since this is my first post!!! In any event, I kept the post up because I really wanted to say how impressed I am that an 18 year old like yourself blantently came out and identified from the get-go that you're prepared for some hard work...that is rare by friend and use that to you advantage. Most people are chasing the 'get rich quick'...(shhhhh, it doesn't exists---unless you have a big list, which by the time you get a decent list, you're doing well anyhow!)

Welcome to the forum. There are tons of people here who will help you to learn all of the ins and outs of Internet Marketing. You sound like you have the right attitude and work ethic to succeed. It is very easy to come here and get completely overwhelmed with information. If I were you, I would spend some time reading through some of the threads here and getting familiar with the WF. After you do that, I would pick one niche and promote the heck out of it. Make sure it is a proven niche where people are making good money. While you can make loads of cash in untapped niches, I wouldn't do that until you try something that you know works.

If you don't know what works, then you might want to try some of the other ideas here. The article writing service is an excellent idea. If you started an article writing service, you could see what topics other people are writing about, and that would give you an idea of what sells. If you see a topic that keeps popping up, you know that there is a lot of competition in that niche and that it makes money. Keep in mind that experienced marketers will only pay for articles on topics that sell. An experienced marketer is not going to keep paying for articles for products that don't convert.

If you decide to write articles for other people, only write articles to start your business. Don't get involved in ten different niches to start, or you will spread yourself too thin.

Your parents have a business where it sounds like they could sell their products online. Once you have a good understanding of Internet Marketing, you could probably help them too.

Probably the greatest thing (in terms of both value and resources) I have ever purchased for internet marketing is a subscription to the war room.

Seriously, join the war room - it is a one time fee of like 37 bucks or something for lifetime access and I have learned SO much SO fast in there.

Thanks so much guys for all your comments and support! This is probably one of the best things i have done to get started in the right direction by signing up with WF. I think i will start out with article writing and take it from there as i progress. I am also open to any other ideas and suggestions people may have so feel free to keep commenting guys! thanks again.

Hey guys, has anybody heard of or used wealthy affiliates by kyle and carlson and knows if it is a good place to start because i have heard from a lot of people saying it is a great foundation for my IM business and a great way to help me get up and running.
