Tranferring a Wordpress.com Blog to a Wordpress.org Blog

Hey guys

Ive had quite a bit of success with my wordpress.com blog.

Loads of traffic - on average 2500 per week visits per week.

It generally sends people to a clickbank product with no opt in page to catch peoples emails and i know i'm missing out on data here.

But i wanted to change to a wordpress.org because i again am missing out on adsense profits etc.

Anyone that could help or know if i could transfer everything to a wordpress.org blog?

Jefferson

Well i'm sending my users to a direct website address so it's not a blatant clickbank affiliate link.

I have the .net of the .com clickbank product.

The answer is yes - you can transfer everything to a WordPress.org blog.

The second part if this article describes the process - it's extremely simple. Ignore the first part, which talks about migrating a blog from Blogger to WordPress.com - the second part covers WordPress.com to WordPress.org:
