I want to know your reasons and how we can make WD active again my Warrior Friends

My join date is 20th December 2005. So it's almost 20 years.

I'd like to ask what are the reasons WF is not so active like before? What's the reason why many WF members didn't post nor visit much unlike before?

For me, I served my town as a public servant.

How much now is the WSO posting? Is it still good to post?

BTW, how we can make WF active again in your own opinion?

Thanks!

Ross

Lots of reasons. Forums in general are not as popular these days, perhaps because more people are posting on social media or within smaller, dedicated groups. Internet marketing as a topic is no longer novel and most, if not all potential marketing questions are covered to some degree on YouTube.

And people tend to want instant answers - there's less of an appetite for serious discussion. That's a web-wide condition.

It's a natural development that many members who were here in the early days have drifted away either by choice or by circumstance. The switch from entrepreneurial to corporate ownership would have put a lot of them off.

Anyway - it's good to see you posting again!

I think it's the same fee as the last time you were here. But you can check all the fees in the Marketplace section.

      Thanks Frank! that's absolutely true.

BTW, I didn't notice if the posting is instant approval or needs approval.

True but interestingly enough I was just researching this because I am thinking of starting a new, niche focused forum on one of my domains. In discussing it with MS Copilot and looking at various articles throughout the web it seems that traditional forums are making a comeback due to social media fatigue and general overwhelmingness.

Just add to what Frank said, a lot of members have also passed away or retired and are enjoying the Golden Years. Additionally, the majority of newbies post once and never return to the forum.

All new threads are under moderation now, due to the volume of spam. They are viewed by Moderators before being approved.. Sometimes, it may take a while for approval or disapproval. Regular posts go live once you post them.

Agreed. They should just remove spammers because this is a private forum and only registered members can post.

Be active. No one is stopping you or anyone else from being here, participtating and keeping things "alive", is there?

Frank points out some good reasons why forums in general are not as active as they used to be, with all the social media.

And I concur that the switch from Entrepreneurial to corporate and its lack of member respect that came with that switch, has turned off many a former user...

But as to the OP, and your query, now that you have apparently finished serving the public's interest, and seem focused once again on your own...nothing is keeping or preventing you from starting interesting topics, posting useful content, submitting beneficial knowledge for the good of the group (as you did in public service), we'll look forward to seeing your participation and welcome your efforts to Make WF Great Again.

As for the WSO, people are still paying to run their ads, and several Warriors have kept it up for YEARS...but at such a reasonable price, a testing of it would be warranted for anyone who believes this is their target market, eh?

Well its not only a warriorforum problem but its a general forums problem these days

Think a little when you want an answer do you ask on forums and wait for a whole day to get some answer

    Or

Go to chatgpt and get your answer in seconds

    Plus social media nowadays

This place is deader than Elvis. I see no benefit in being here.
It is like being in a broken down strip mall. From the outside it looks like a place that is empty so people do not come in.
I would not pay to advertise here. That was my intention when I returned.
The owners need to encourage people back.
Think less of "its spam" if someone drops a link or promotes. And that at-least someone is using this broken old forum.
When you have hundreds of posts each day. Then you can be more selective.

I'm sorry but you don't know what you are talking about.

There are thousands of people on this website right now, this minute.

People are making money with WSOs, otherwise there wouldn't be new ones posted on a regular basis.

The discussion forums could be more lively, but this website is hardly dead.

Get a new attitude and have a nice day.

Irony? I saw no benefit in you being here either. Great minds think alike maybe?

  • Likely we can prompt all kindsa schwangocraft from evry shade of ill-informed vacuousness to enhance our credibility/pleasure axis zilchow -- hey, but what kinda pardee would that be?

I favor always a meetin' of minds, evin' if the best we gaht is ZAHMBIES.

    Least'n their cloolessness is authentic.

Gotta figure how the 2000+ ideah of FORUMS is takin' a hit now from less substantial forms of hooman interackschwaahn.

Why say anythin' life-changin' when you can parade yuh moistest flappityure on OnlyFans?

The dialog of Likes has blinded way too many people from the discipline of bein' eviscerated.

It is dream culchah ... illoosion ... mainlined suppozishwaahn.

MY guess is that many people either have day jobs or lost focus with making money online. Would you agree with that?

I think WF slowed down mainly because a lot of discussions moved to social media (FB groups, LinkedIn, Reddit), plus the WSO section lost some trust when it got crowded with low-quality offers. Forums in general also lost traction as real-time platforms like Discord took over. To make WF more active again, I'd focus on bringing back quality discussions, case studies, and practical marketing insights people can't easily find elsewhere, while keeping WSOs genuine and valuable. If members see real value, they'll naturally come back and participate more.

  • The instant gratification people receive from the current version of "Social Media" has numbed them to the type of experience that forums provide. This a really sad reality that's unfolding. The pursuit for all apps/websites/social media to become the next or just like TikTok will have an unimaginable cost on society at large.

That was probably a glitch since you have given and received THANKS in the past.
