Youtube Channels Removed

Hi everyone, I made a stupid mistake not realising I cannot advertise crypto.

I made 10 Youtube channels advertising a crypto product from Clickbank, I only had 1 video on each channel 3 weeks ago and today have had them all removed for "severe or repeated violations of our spam, deceptive practices and scams policy" has anyone had this before and managed to have their account survive, the email states I cannot make any new channels now. Thank you for any advise.

Kind regards Polly.

Doing a quick search, it seems you fell victim to Google AdWords policies, which YouTube uses since Google owns it. Most likely, your account has been banned. You can try filing an appeal; unfortunately, Google bans don't seem to be reversed.

I lost my AdWords account years back and filed appeals a few times. Google never reversed the decision. I eventually created a new account with a different email address and used a slightly altered version of my name. Just to reapply to get the AdWords again. One of the members on this forum lost their YouTube channel due to rule violations and was in the same situation as you.

Why would you set up ten channels to promote one thing,
that's spammy regardless of the product, and probably
    against their rules.

Before you set up that many YouTubes, each one should
have had a separate email address for this very reason,
so that you do not get banned from everything at once
    when they shut you down.

You need to be careful about doing anything else, brush
up so that you know what you are doing, read policies
instead of claiming you did not know what they were.

Try something innocuous like posting gardening videos
or another method that won't get you banned.

Also, I noticed that you post about YouTube quite a bit,
there are other ways to make money besides that.

I was following a course and that was part of it, make 10 channels for the same product. I'm trying to keep right now and asking questions on Youtube and looking into policies etc before posting anything else.

That course is misguided. You need to use your
own judgement and follow platform's rules, not
blame your actions on some random course.

This is why I begin to feel Leads is More important. At least I can keep promote without getting myself ban or whatever as I own my own assets aka those Leads I have.

I used to do website , later Adsense get ban. I actually get sabotage by others they keep clicking the ads.

I heard from others to make another Adsense account is quite troublesome. New IP, New bank account , Beside new email , new website.

But you never know one day they ban you.

Sorry that happened to you. Youtube has been cracking down hard on anything that even looks like "crypto promotion". Best move now is to start clean with a non-crypto topic or use your own website for promotion instead.

    Hi Polly,
Unfortunately, once YouTube terminates accounts for policy violations like crypto promotion, it's very hard to recover them. You can try appealing through YouTube's help form, but if that fails, you'll need to start fresh and carefully follow their advertising and content rules.
    Best of luck!

    Hi Polly,

I agree with Monetise that the main mistake is thinking that this is a good way to promote a clickbank product. What kind of videos were they? AI slop by any chance? You're probably not going to get any traction on youtube using channels with one video on them. Whatever made you think that you could? If the answer is 'the course' then it's the course that's the problem. Best wishes.

You'll have to forget about those accounts,unfortunately...try clearing your cookies, waiting for some time (around a month),using different IP addresses, and creating new accounts,as a last resort, you can buy them.Ideally, each account should have its own IP or at least its own email address,in the long run,set up your own domain and a list of email addresses so that your business isn't destroyed by a single platform's policy change

I think you weren't banned for "crypto advertising," but rather for the pattern: 10 new channels, only one video on each, the same promotional theme, and affiliate links. For the system, that's 100% spam, and once you get that kind of massive strike, it's almost impossible to save your account. YouTube rarely reverses bans when it detects "structural spam." The only thing you can try is appealing through the official form. I wouldn't try it again; do it with just one channel, real content, no duplicates. It's more difficult, but you'll be on the right track.

YouTube is very strict with anything related to crypto promotions, especially when it looks repetitive across multiple channels. Once they hit you with a "severe or repeated violations" strike across several accounts, it's tough to recover.

    The lesson here is obvious.
