How Do You Turn Articles into Videos?

I have about 20 short videos on Youtube now, and they are starting to get a bunch of hits, which is translating into people signing up to my list ( am tracking this-I send them to a unique page, that's how I know-about 4-5 a day). I want to increase this by 1000 percent.

I've been reading how many folks suggest not only using great keywords for your articles, but also take advantage of video marketing too - and from the little I've done, it seems to be working.

My question:

Any suggestion on how to make videos from the articles I am starting to write? I know how to use Camtasia, and I have a good video camera, but I'm looking for suggestions on how to make many videos on very similar topics - quickly and easily as I want to make hundreds of them.

For example, If I am targeting the "puppy training" niche (I'm not, but it's a good example) and I've researched and found lots of keywords I am going to target for my articles, such as:

Puppy Training
How To Train Puppies
Train Puppies
Training Puppies
you get the idea...

With so many closely related topics, how to do create different (short) videos for each keyword phrase? Or do I? Perhaps I use the same video (if it is appropiate to the keywords) and just put on a different beginning and ending slide so Youtube and others thinks its a different vid? Perhaps I whip out quick powerpoint videos-this is easy? Any thoughts?

    What I do is practice reading the article so it sounds natural. Then just talk to the camera and say the same info that is in your article. I do this with audio as well.

    Another way if you have Camtasia is to put together a power point slide. "This works great if you are doing a how to video.

    the problem I have with the automatic programs that do that is they sound like crap. there is no emotion or personality in the ones that I have seen.

    I like Article Video Robot. It saves a lot of time, but the voices are still odd sounding to me. I use Dragon Naturally Speaking when I write my articles. I really can't type but I can talk.

    If you're already good with Camtasia, you can simply
    record quick Powerpoint video presentations and record
    yourself or have someone do the voice over for you.

    I personally believe strongly in giving good content so
    any video I do for marketing would have some good stuff
    in there.

    I'd rather spend some time making a new video with new
    content than try to spend time adding new openings/closings
    to an existing video to resubmit.

    Now, if you want to get in to it, here's a few suggestions...

    1. Very quickly tell people what the video is about.

    ... I learned this from Andy Jenkins - that people "judge"
    your video in the first 8 seconds of the video presentation.

    Kind of like "first impressions" in terms of video.

    You want to very quickly let people know what kind of
    content you'll be covering in the first 8 seconds... what kind
    of benefit they'll be getting.

    ... and no, "Hi, and welcome to MY video! My name is
    Numa Numa and I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself
    before we get to the video" is NOT recommended.

    Just head straight in.

    Truth of the matter is, when you are marketing to the
    masses... they are concerned about themselves FIRST.

    After you've brought them into the funnel through lead
    capture, then can you start to talk about yourself.

    Not the other way around... okay, moving on.

    2. Sound is the unspoken requirement for good videos.

    Your video MUST have good sound levels.

    In Camtasia, there's a place where you can even out
    sound levels to minimum, mid or max.

    For the videos I create for myself and my clients, I
    always make sure that they are at the *mid* level.

    People turn off and leave videos that are way too
    soft or way too loud.

    Your sound determines the stickability of your video.

    I would always choose to err on the side of being
    too loud rather than being too soft in the video.

    For being too loud... the person can turn it down. If
    it's too soft... and the person has his speaker on MAX,
    he won't like having to strain him/herself to listen.

    So, sound quality is very important.

    3. Remind people of your site throughout

    Unless you've got a site and a brand name that the
    whole world already knows, you've got to consistently
    remind people about your site.

    Display a footer URL (the lower third) to tell people
    about your site.

    So if and when they've got what they wanted in your
    video article, they can type in the link.

    Or you can pop the same link in the very first line of
    your video description. If you're uploading to YouTube,
    use the http:// in description to make the link clickable.

    You can show your site URL in the opening or closing
    by having different slides for a stronger call to action.

    there are sites out there that will turn your articles into videos but I have not idea why you would want to do this unless you want to post the articles on video sites... may be a good idea I never tried it... do a search here in the warrior forum for articles into videos.. I called a guy offering such a services for a good fee.

    I just would go for turning them into an mp3 file with a good tech2speak program

    Suggestion - maybe the concept of 'turning articles into videos' is limiting you?

    Since the articles you listed in your OP revolve around animals, and people Loooooove!! watching animal videos... you could get a lot more views by posting actual animal videos of puppies that have already been trained to do cute things.

    Here's an example of an animal video (below) on Youtube (of a kitten) that has gotten over 6 million views since October 15. With the sheer volume of exposure this vid has gotten, if the person who posted it had a link to a signup page in the description, surely they'd have a good sized list built up by now.

    Cuteness ensues!

    I've turned many of my articles into videos. Read the article out loud and record it with whatever audio recording program you use. Then I use Animoto to set the audio to a cool slideshow of images. Animoto is definitely worth checking out (you pay around $40 to use the service for a whole year) and it's a good alternative to doing Powerpoint and Casmtasia videos.

    1. Breaking key points down into subheadings.
    2. Adding voiceovers - either your own or using the computer generated voices provided.
    3. Adding graphics - you can use the ones they provide or upload your own.
    4. Adding background music - you can use the ones they provide or upload your own.
    5. Adding background images or a solid background color.
    6. Changing the fonts and font colors.
    7. Setting the "tempo" (i.e. speed) of the video.
