Calling Brad or anyone at Bryxen Software!
I log in, it says "Hello Nicolaas Theron" and the whole thing about how I'm logged in, but the moment I submit a ticket (or sometimes as soon as I click on the "Submit a ticket" button, even before I get to the ticket itself) it takes me back to the login page and tells me in nice red letters I need to be logged in to submit a ticket. I've even created a new support ticket account. No luck, same thing over and over and over. I log in, try to submit a ticket, then get told I need to log in to do that.
I had the same problem a while back when I wanted a download link for the latest version of SEO Elite and in the end I had to Google for one cause I couldn't get a ticket submitted. I've tried with both IE and Firefox.
Please either fix your system or if it's only me that's having problems, tell me what the heck I could be doing wrong. A support email address would really help too. That way I can get support about the ticket system not working without submitting a ticket to get support about the ticket system not working
