I still don't get it. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Wikipedia is saying "a cuckold is a married man with an adulterous wife but current usage sometimes extends the term informally to include cuckqueans (women with adulterous husbands), wittols (husbands who consent to their wife's extramarital sex), and non-married couples in analogous situations"

This is quite interesting! It's definitely a hot niche. I'm not surprised that there is a site with 80,000 members will to pay. The whole thing is that it appeals to fantasies and for so many people fantasies are so innately secret things it makes sense that they are willing to pay for expertise in their area of interest.

No, my partner wrote it. I didn't even know what "cuckoldry" was until he explained it to me. He spent a year researching the topic and interviewing people. As I've been promoting it, I'm learning more about it. It's interesting to say the least.

That site charging 20 bucks on 80,000 members got me further more interested. I'm just not sure if I want to spoil many lives... am in a dilemma now.

What are the odds, you ask?? Heavy, I'd say... A 2% conversion rate (I mean from curious to practising) would mean 1,600 people would actually do it, or let it happen. Heck, when you're paying over 200 (240, to be exact) bucks a year, you'd do it at least once. So, 80,000 couples at stake? or at least half of them?

Is the money worth? I'm not sure. All I know is I'm not Jesus Christ, and if people don't listen to Moses (The Ten Commandments), then it's their way of life. I don't get what "living the cuckold lifestyle" means though.

The product is all about improving relationships. It certainly sounds strange to those of us not into cuckoldry, but people are different. Wow, I don't think I could get more morally offended after reading "women are biologically programmed to cheat and have multiple sex partners". I would greatly like to find that "scientist" and kick him in the balls so hard that it knocked the stupidity right out of his head.

I don't doubt that there is a market for this. And I realize that the site caters to people lacking in traditional morals. It just saddens me that there seems to be so many people that find this appropriate. And people wonder why STDs are a growing problem.

P.S. No offense to you avetiquette. Wasn't meaning this to sound like an attack, more as a rant.

For those who dont have degrees in evolutionary psychology let alone done any study of sexology, monogamy is not natural, I believe you have misinterpreted what this person has stated. Humans are serial monogamists by nature, hence people, man AND WOMEN, cheat, if you want proof, just look at all the adult 'dating' and related websites.

Thats just the tip of the iceberg, do a search in Google how paternity testing is affecting the divorce rates, you will be gobsmacked at how many women have children that werent fathered by their husband or boyfriend.

You sound like a very religious person, so all I will say is if you wish to keep living in Disneyland about getting married and living happily ever and that people are monogomous, then you will be in for a bit of a shock later on in life.

Whether a person is monogamous or cheater is a conscious decision and not that we are born to cheat. You have the choice to be either. It also depends on the environment that you grow up in.

I for one don't see any reason to cheat. If you are not happy in your relationship then move on and you won't have to worry about cheating. To me cheating is being a coward... I agree, but this isn't about the integrity of a persons character, this is about our instinct to procreate, something which is beyond our conscious control. we are all wired the same, all men are wired the same, just like women.

Wow, you make it sound like you think I've been living under a rock my entire life. Contrary to your belief, I'm not very religious. I know very well that people cheat. In fact, one of my best friends lives a swinger's lifestyle.

I personally don't have any faith in psychology or many studies of how the human mind and emotions supposidly work. History shows a thousand different changing view points on the same subjects. It's like God, I don't think anyone will ever really figure it out, no matter what useless piece of paper they have from spending tons of money reading books.

Cheating and fetishes have existed since the beginning of man, there's no question about that. I don't think it's built into us to cheat though and no dumbass with a degree could make me believe otherwise. So, we'll agree to disagree on that subject. I agree with what you are saying. I don't subscribe to the oh its built in to us so therefore its OK to do it as we just can't help it. B.S. You decide what you want to do unless someone is holding a gun to your head, even then you have a choice of doing it or getting killed.

It's not about procreating, animals procreate because its built into their genes, humans procreate when we want to have kids. We should not use the procreate as a valid excuse to go around screwing whatever we want.

I suppose the issue of morality can come up in a lot of things. For example, all the tricks and false promises internet marketers might use to make some cash or get someone on an e-mail list. That too could be considered dishonest and deceitful.
