WSO Question

Can someone tell me how to format the text on WSO's?

As you can't add html and there isn't an editor I don't get it.

      I'm not sure if that's on by default these days.
      I had to switch mine on by going to:

      User CP

      Edit Options

      Miscellaneous Options

      Message Editor Interface
