Are You Using Bookmarking To Drive Traffic to Blogs and Articles?

I have been using OnlyWire.com to as bookmarking site. I am seeing a steady flow of visit and views on all my articles and blogs. Who else is using this type of service and what kind of results are you getting?

Are the visitors actually coming from the social bookmarking sites?
And do you submit other sites as well?

I deactivated the auto-submit function of OnlyWire since it seems that most social bookmarking sites will ban you if you're constantly self-promoting.

Yup using onlywire to, they seem to do some switching around alot of different sites but it does work out rather well for a free service.

I tend to bookmark my pages early afternoon doing a few test this seems to be the best time of the day EST to submit a site and get others to bookmark it as well.

I have been tempted to pick up bookmarking demon but If I have to set up all the accounts etc like I did on only wire thats going to be a huge killer of time to set that up lol anyone have some feedback on bookmarking demon?

  You put OnlyWire Button on one of your Blog Pages and you can submit for free. I did YouTube training video on this subject.

Hello Shane
Since Twitter and Facebook are part of the OnlyWire submission, some of my traffic is from those sites. I have a rather large following on both of those. I use Onlywire for my blogs, articles and press releases and I use Ping.fm for status updates.

I also use Only Wire. It's the best traffic I get in volume but not the most targeted.
You can't promote your own stuff all the time, the idea is to bookmark other stuff to disguise it. Bookmark soem holiday sites, some news and hobbie sites too. Around seven of others to one of yours should keep you safe.
