My Real Complaint with Paypal
I love Paypal and never have had any major problems...But this does bother me...
It's seems about 20% of subscriptions that are cancelled are done so without the customer intentionally doing so...And this 20% is based on the number of "cancelling" customers that contact me telling me so.
I wonder how many Paypal memberships are cancelled without the customer wanting to really cancel, but they either don't notice or don't make the effort to see why?
