Hi,

I am looking for input and feedback on how best to implement an affiliate program with high end products ($1000-$5000). To set this up, here is a brief description of the market niche:

The products are all services geared to stop foreclosure. Low end is do-it yourself kits and high end is attorney assisted. The end users are investors and homeowners who need to stop foreclosure. They may want to save their home or just move on. Our solutions are perfect for either situation.

Our potential affiliates are Realtors, Lenders, loss mitigation companies, short sale experts, etc.

Here's a few questions, and thank you in advance for your feedback:

Q1 - what are typical affiliate commissions for large ticket items? (the target affiliates are mostly OFFLINE and don't really understand the internet marketing world, so they may not expect as high of a commission, FYI)

Q2 - I am looking for an affiliate system to incorporate into our website (the website is being built now). We will process payments via credit card online and over the phone (we have a call center set up). I would like the affiliate system to be as hands off as possible.

Thanks in advance for your input!!!

If it is a one time commission, you need to make it worth while.

Normallly online it is 50%. Possibly could go as low as 25% (especially knowing real estate agents are feeling the pinch)

If there is some sort of recurring fee, you might be able to knock of %10 or so.

Paypal has an affiliate program - I am not famiiar with it.

I use a membership site with an affiliate program built in.
pm me and I will send you a link.
