Affiliate link is not working !?? (for Warcraft millionaire)

I hope I am in the right place here. When I go to the warcraft millionaire home page I get a Forbidden message like this:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8i DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 mod_jk/1.2.25 Server at Warcraft Millionaire: The Blueprint To One Million Gold[/url] Port 80"

Someone in support (of a product I just bought) said that they can access the homepage ??
It has been like this for days now. Why am I getting that message and not others ?
Can someone else here access it ? I am not allowed to place link in posts yet.
