Best non IM niche Affiliate Program Software or Plan?
Hi,
I am preparing to create and set up an affiliate program for a physical product, and wondering what others have used in their models to create this.
I am aware of softwares like idev affiliate, but I'm looking for results and programs others are using.
I don't really see this running through clickbank or PDC as I think the company wants to have full control.
The product/company offers the main product which costs roughly $500, and there are some smaller "side kick" products. There is also a possible way to create this as a residual income model, as the product gets used and there will be a need for refills every 6 months or so. The refills will cost a bit less.
So my questions are:
1. What kind of affiliate tracking software do you use, and what do you like best about it
2. What is the general funnel you've set up
3. What dangers or pitfalls have you encountered, and what wise wisdom can you impose on me to make my path an easier one?

Edit added: I also need to set up some kind of thing for a distributorship. How do I do this? We want people on the street to be able to get credit for recommending product.
