How Much Would My Website Sell For?

I have a niche with a couple of targeted keywords. It is #176 for my main keyword broad match. It receives about 10-15 new visitors daily, from ezine articles, and organic traffic.

There is no adsense clicks on the site yet. I have 176 unique visitors so far, and the site was made on Nov. 14.

The site is a blog filled with 10 post, with 8 of the post backlinked from EzineArticles, Squidoo, Hubpages, Wordpress.com, Blogger.com, and Weebly.com

Each of those have been inserted to my traffic-bug.com account for social bookmarking, rss submission, and other backlinks.

It is SEO Optimized.

How much do you think it will sell for?

I believe when people type in this keyword, they are looking to buy something.

If you haven't had any income, any heavy traffic or any real targeted keyword success, I don't think you're looking at much...sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Why not hold onto it, develop it a bit more, generate some real traffic and income, and then flip it?

176 hits and no clicks? Probably won't sell at all, unless it's poorly optimized or you lie in the sales letter.

It has hope for selling just not for much more then the money you put into it design etc. The reason why is you have no traffic or sales to back it up as an income source.

At this point, probably not...it may sell for under $100 if it has a really excellent .com domain, but that's about all you can expect in your site's current state.

I'll just keep it then, and see if I can monetize it.

Yup, that's exactly what I'd do...drive some heavy traffic there so you can show some income, and get ranked for a couple of highly-searched keyword phrases, and you'll be able to sell it for much more...

    Good luck!

If you can get more backlinks to drive up the ranking, especially 1st page, it'll be worth alot more.

Keep it for awhile, do backlinking, get some traffic and make some sales and it will sell for a lot more. Startups do sell, but they have to have outstanding design and great articles or something else of value.
