If you are using 1.5 you can now add a comment system plugin to provide a certain amount of blog functionality to any 1.5 site using the Disqus Comments System plugin from JoomlaWorks

This is great if you want to create a more interactive web site without going to a full-on blog

      Yup! so have I. Mater of fact, I've been using Joomla for the past 2 years and love it. I'm slowly converting all of my sites over tot it.

      It's just got so much more going for it than any other at the moment, except for maybe Druple, but I haven't used it enough to know that for sure.
