Offline Marketers: Do you provide PPC services for clients? If so how d

Hey Gang,

For those PPC Experts etc. out there, or those of us involved in Offline Marketing, I'm curious how many of you are providing a Pay-Per-Click Managed Service for your clients?

I have been looking to expand my portfolio of services I can provide clients (that may or not include recurring billing) and have always wondered how PPC services would work for Offline Clients...

For example would you explain how they could use PPC to send leads to the website and collect their information for follow-up (i.e. plumbers, real estate etc.) and then essentially ask the client what their budget for paid advertising is?

Then let's say Joe the Plumber (yay Politics) says he'd be willing to take the money he was spending on weekly newspaper ads (i.e. $500) and use that for PPC...

Would it make sense to charge a flat rate, or would I say charge 15% of PPC spending as a management fee, and then justify that by the amount of leads generated?

So should Joe get the amazing amount of leads to break even, or more, and decides to double or triple his PPC budget, I would in turn also be getting an appropriate increase in pay?

Or would a flat rate be the norm in this situation?

What do most of you do?

PS - How many people have found a way to OUTSOURCE PPC Management and take their profits from margin? If so what companies provide such a service?
