Can you not choose the ' Non-confirmed Opt in ' Option at GetResponse ??

Finally taking that next Step to start building a list with my Blogs after hearing it over and over here. I signed up with Free Autoresponder Getresponse for right now.

When filling out the info. under Campaign Settings I came to the part where you can choose either Confirmed Opt In and Non-confirmed Opt in. For some reason it will NOT let me choose the non-confirmed Opt In option. Is this done on purpose or did I screw something up ??

I figure I wanted as many signups to my email newsletter and did not want to have to worry about getting lthe follow up responses lost in people's spam email .And people forget to confirm !!
So I thought non-confirmed opt in would be better !! Does Getresponse not let you do this ?? Or do I even want to do this ??

Any feedback would be appreciated !!
