How to increase traffic from youtube and blog?

Hey guys,

I want to increase the traffic from online marketing and am currently looking for mentoring towards working with Youtube and Wordpress blog.

I'm willing to pay for teaching, or books. I'll admit that I'm a beginner.

Are there any resources you'd recommend?
