What is the best way to measure the metrics of your business?

I have been doing quite a bit of research lately in regards to getting several sales processes in place one of which I am starting is Matt Bacaks "A5" method?(not sure if its a5 or a9) Any way, I will be making sure links are going back to my site for any promotions I do. But aside from A/B Split Testing and Multivariate / Tagucci Testing what methods do you use to record and measure metrics for your business such as conversions, delivery rates, open rates, etc? Any info would be appreciated.

    Conversions to sale...

    It's the best way for me, as Alexa states above..

    All the metrics in the world, won't matter one tiny little bit, if you have no conversions into sales...

    Profit based on time allocated for each task!

    I think loads of people would be disgusted at their hourly rate if they actually worked it out. Those of us that value our time, make sure that we work for the maximum profit per hour of work

    => See what people have a problem with

    => Create a solution of there problem

    => Serve them well. (Word of mouth will spread like fire)

    => Track your advertising methods and see what works and what does not.

    => Narrow your nich down to the bone to beat your competition with lower overheads.

    => Work in faith and ask God to bless it.
