High chance of Getting permanent backlink

Last week i created a backlinks on some of the authority site. after a few hours i check the backlinks that i created but links were gone because the owner of the website deleted my account. So, i was thinking that how did the website owner found out that i created a backlinks on his/her site?.
I found out that when you register on their website they will know who is the newest member and probably check your profile if you are just spamming their site.

So, my idea is to register on their site first and don't put any backlinks because the website owner will probably check the profile of their newest member and if they find out that you put backlinks on their site, they will not hesitate to delete your account. So, the best way to put backlinks is after the day you register on their site. In this way you will get a higher chance of creating a permanent backlinks. and sorry for my English

This happens to a lot of people that copy what other people are telling everyone to do. There are so many places to get links that this really shouldn't be a problem - however, many people are lazy and prefer just to do what others tell them - this ends up in lots of people going to the same places to abuse them for links and the site owners get pissed and get very strict about new accounts and these places stop being useful like they were. It happens a lot when people buy lists of places to get links - others are doing the same, many of them in a lazy way that annoys the site owner. It's MUCH better just to find places yourself and stop following what other people tell you to do, you get MUCH better results much quicker and much easier. We've covered how to do this many times here before, but still many people think buying lists from others is saving them time - it's a false economy and means many people get stressed with poor results or places that stop working for links and then they look for tools to do them en-mass instead and make the problem even worse. This is why a lot of people here always talk about how difficult it is to get traffic -when it's actually very simple.

If you're talking about posting comments or creating WPMU accounts, then you're absolutely correct:

You don't want to go on a backlinking bonanza at first.

With WPMU sites, I always make a "hello world" type post. Then a post related to the title of the blog. A day later, I'll put a link or 2 in the blogroll (always put a wikipedia or similar type link), and make my first post with a link in it.

I always cite other pages through links besides just mine.

Once you've gotten 2-3 posts/blogs/articles/etc. the admin moves on to the other new registrations.
