I need an email list based on some search keywords I came up with. What is the best email list compiler service?

Your question doesn't make a lot of sense... (or maybe it's just me)

    But if you're asking:

    a. What's a good list managing service? I have always used getresponse for smaller lists (under 100k). some people swear by aweber... i think it boils
    down to opinions.

    b. Who can help me build a list based on some keywords I just found? I would first get set up with a service from A. then I'd go find some traffic either off search, or sites that are relative to your keywords.

    c. what's a service that let's me find people that have already compiled their own lists who might let me market my products? A good source I used to use for this is directoryofezines.com I just checked, and it's still being sold... i don't know how valuable it is anymore.

If you weren't asking any of those questions... sorry!

Thank you so much! I think part c. is closer to what I'm asking. I don't want to build a list, I have a specific industry in mind and I want to borrow/rent some one else's list based on those keywords. I know emails aren't tied to keywords, maybe in my original post I should have said "industry" instead.
