Any recommendation on Help Desk Software?

Hey Warriors,

I'm thinking of starting a help desk instead of using my current "helpdesk" of "bradspencerhelp at gmail.com" hehe.

Does anyone have any recommendations for something that's not expensive yet functional and secure?

What kind of Help Desk do you run?

I've set up Help Desk systems for IT departments, and one that I recommend is one called SysAid - It's completely free and available at Help Desk Software by SysAid
