Need a little help with a site

I know a man that's creating a website that anglers can search for fishing tournaments in his area. He's run into a couple of hurdles and I'd like to help him out. Being non techy like I am I thought I'd post the question here and see if someone is willing to help out Roy. I'm willing to cover your time; within reason. He's a good man that could really use a break....and I'm feeling all Christmassy.

His problem is he's created a database with a couple of submit forms. He needs some help with scripts and php. I have an email containing files explaining everything with his contact info; email and phone number.

Appreciate any help.

Adam

Can't help directly i'm afraid, but try reposting this question on either the 'Programming Talk' or 'Website Design' sections of this forum.

Seems like you need to pay someone to do this, not fair to ask for this for free. The kind of thing you ask for free is a very specific problem, where you can post a code sample and say how do I do this? You are asking for a complete coded solution. There are plenty of tutorials on the web you can find on Google, or try elance.com and hire.

Learn to code faster, and remove the roadblocks. Get stuff done and shipped! PM me and I can help you with programming tutoring, specialising in Web and the following languages: Javascript ~ HTML ~ CSS ~ React ~ JQuery ~ Typescript ~ NodeJS ~ C#.

considering the fact that the OP stated he would cover the time of the person who helped
I don't think he's asking for free help.
