What's the Best Affiliate Cloaking for Joomla?

The affiliates I rep on my sites seem to jump around from one agency to another. I'm tired of redoing my affiliate links every time they decide to make a change.
I want to create a custom url for each company I rep, which displays on my site pages - but redirects to the actual affiliate link.
I use Joomsef to write my urls. Should I just use Joomsef, or is there a better solution out there. Perhaps something with tracking?
I looked at Cloak Expert but it seems to just create a coded link, not a particularly pretty one.
I use "Redirect" for my Wordpress sites. Is there anything like that for Joomla?
