Need help building an Affiliate Network

Hello guys,

I'm a new Marketing Representative of a dating site. I'm trying to revive the implemented Affiliate System in our website, but have come across some problems when trying to get affiliates into our network.

I believe this is a good opportunity to follow. Our payout to affiliates is 50% of what the users spends in a lifetime. And because we don't have prices as high as the competing dating sites, we have a much larger upgrade rate.

In your experience, what resources should I implement to make this program more appealing to affiliates?

P.S.: I don't post the direct link to the site for company privacy issues, but I can PM anyone who is willing to help and/or cooperate with this endeavor.

    create a lot of different banners/animated banners for affiliates. Provide a few different landing pages that they can send traffic to. Maybe some ppc ads/keywords in case that is how they like to promote.

    Honestly, the 50% rev share may be a turn off to most.
