Help With Podcasting

Hi there,

Looking for some advice. Basically i have some audio that I want to upload to my site and distribute.

I currently have a wordpress blog and have use feedburner to create my feeds.

I want to distribute the audio to podcast directories, however I am unsure of how to create a feed specifically for the audio. I could upload the audio to a regular blog post and I would get a feedfor that post.

However do I need to make separate a separate feed purely for the audio?

If so how do I do it?

Well, if you are going to make a podcast by recording yourself
reading your blog then it's a matter of just doing that and
submitting it to directories that accept the format.

If you want a robot to read your blog and make a podcast -
this I am sure can be done but I haven't seen it. I have
this thing called Odiogo on my blogs that makes a audio,
but I think it's done on the fly, dynamically, so no real recording
exists. It's free - but I don't know if the feed is submittable
as a podcast, but it very well might be. Create text-to-speech (TTS) podcast from RSS feed for iPod, iPhone, MP3 player and mobile phone

If you categorize the audio entries in a particular category, you can likely add a parameter to the feed to only pull certain entries that meet that category parameter. That parameterized feed URL would be what you could use to submit to directories.
