Doing business like Adults - Simple Rules
Like most of us that sell information products, the majority of use will honour a refund instantly. I clearly say that with my reputation on the line.
If you want a refund, just ask for it via email / PM / or any other method but why do you have to go through paypal and "request" a refund? Don't have enough trust to simply ask me? So you trust to buy my product with all the testimonials yet you don't have the backbone to simply ASK me for a refund.
It's not even about the money, I'm more annoyed that they think I'm gonna hold the money. You could have waited 45 days for Paypal to get your money back if I ignored it or it could be just a day or two if you just simply asked.
And IFFFFFFF in the event that I/we ignored email or didn't honour our gaurantee then by all means take it up with Paypal.
You missed the first process which is to simplay ask in an email/pm
Some people just don't know the protocol of simple business transactions.
