Question about cj.com

Quick question, how often does cj.com update your stats for earnings? I know i could read it at cj.com but i am to lazy today to do that!

  • Usually within 2 hours of the action time. When it is posted, you can see the event time and posting time... and usually the difference between them is 1-2 hours.
  • thanks, its weird it says i have a lead but no earnings are showing yet. This is my first venture and my first campaign with CPA, hope my $6 gets credited!
  • On rare occasions it may take upto 1 day to get credited and usually CJ will post a news inside your account which says something like : "Performance reporting delay".

    If your leads do not get tracked consistently, problem is with the advertiser and not CJ. Mail the advertiser through CJ mailing system and ask them to check it. Some will respond well and some won't.

    • CJ usually updates any data within a few hours after a successful lead or sale is made, but a very few times the advertisers delay the sale/lead verification and this instead makes the delay in updating of data in CJ's end.

      It has happened with a few web host company advertisers who delay the process of updating, but everything takes a maximum of 48 hours in most of the cases, that too in sales. Lead generation and updating is nearly instantaneous.

  • I have one advertisier that updates at midnight so I do not see the post until the next morning. Hope that helps.
