"RIGHTS" Questions

This thread for questions about the rights for the products you have! I decided to open this thread because probably you have some questions regarding your products.

I have a question as well. I have several products but I have no clue if they are PLR or something else. I have got the reseller agreements (the rights PDF) and they showing that I can sell PLR right for the product.

The question is if you have rights to sell Private Label for a product do you have actually the rights to do anything with the product?

Sorry if I'm confusing!

I would like to make sure if I'm doing right everything!

    A product may be sold with no rights, other than its use by the purchaser; it may be offered with resale rights, usually meaning the purchaser may sell the product "as is" or it may have master resale rights, allowing the purchaser to also sell the basic resale rights. PLR rights are generally more flexible, but all products sold under such terms will have the rights of usage clearly spelled out in the TOS, or at least they should have.

    To be clear, before selling on or altering a product, you should check the TOS or confirm with the product owner/creator before proceeding.
