Want the Gospel Truth About SEO & Article Distribution

I realize a lot of people keep mute when i pop up this question about using article distribution service to build back links.

I want to distribute my articles to article directories which can give me up to 150 a day.

Thou i know Google prefers link building slow and steady. Is this going to have an adverse reaction on my SERP. Is this method advisable for building link.

    The "Truth" is the only people that can tell you what Google wants... are the people at Google. Everything else is speculation.

    SEO is trial and error and testing... then keeping up with changes.

    google has no idea when or how you build links, I seriously wish people would stop with this myth about building links slow...

    If I publish a press release through PR Web how many backlinks do you think I get in a week ??? I will answer that for you, if the press release is good then I will get THOUSANDS of backlinks within days.

    You can publish 1,000 articles in one day and it will not hurt you... 1st google cannot be on billions of sites 24/7/365, that is impossible and that alone blows that crap out the water about building backlinsk slow. 2nd there is no system online that can pull all your backlinks and never will be because the fact that system would have to monitor billions of sites every single second of every single day.. That's impossible..
