where exactly do i put the disclaimer note for the Testimonial

i am thinking of putting this in the Disclaimer section of the Site, or does it have to be right on the first page or does it have to be RIGHT beside the picture?

is this acceptable>?

"Results in testimonials are not typical. Your individual results may vary based on your unique situation and body type. Individuals that follow the programs included in the Ultimate Fitness Pack can generally expect to lose 1-2 lbs per week. This program does not in any way constitute medical advice or substitute for medical treatment. Consult your doctor before starting this or any other weight loss program. Use this program at your own risk."

vs

"These are not typical results...you will not achieve this.....until you get good at it. Which may take a year...but you'll get there."

You need to put more info. Yes, include a link to the bottom of the page with the rest of the links you deem important.

    For instance:

    AUSTRALIAN SPORTS NUTRITION DISCLAIMER

Probably that's too much for the sort of information you are offering but it will help you know which way the wind is blowing.

I think with new FTC rules you really need to move towards what results ARE typical. Some big hitters have taken down all their testimonials just to be safe, as it can be very difficult to figure out what results are typical. So, the first one makes more sense with this, as long as you're being truthful.
