Are you meaning to join as an advertiser or publisher? If publisher sign up using their form, then give them a call and ask for approval. They will ask you a few questions about your promotion techniques etc. Say you are working with a couple other companies and do $5000/month and you will have a much better chance of getting accepted Also saying you do PPC to drive traffic is easy for them to understand and they know it is profitable so will most likely accept you.

Actually I am going as an advertiser. Thanks for the info though! How would I go about approaching as an advertiser though? Sorry, I forgot to mention that in the earlier post.

LittleJuicer, get your hands on a copy of CPA Tsunami. To my knowledge it's probably the only well presented course on doing CPA marketing as an advertiser.

I think the important thing is to do your homework on numbers and present those in a confident way. Before a network will "unleash" you on their publishers, they way want to see 2 things: (1) will you convert? and (2) will you pay them?.

I would make sure that you do a significant amount of testing so you can go in and say "my product converts at X... this is where I have tested it... . these are the markets it tends to work best with". I think this is especially important when you are a small-time advertiser without an established name.

Next, I would make sure that you make them feel good about the "soundness" of your financial structure, corporate entity... and your tech integration. One of their big concerns is that you will have an IT breakdown and they and affiliates will not get paid.

I would put myself in their shoes and ask... if I were them... what would I be concerned about. Then, seek to absolve those concerns. Best of luck.

Phil's post above has given some great info.

Whenever you bring your product to a CPA network you need to make sure that you've done your homework.

First you need to make sure that you have tested lots of different traffic sources i.e. social media, banners on media sites, blogs, search, e-mail. You should have metrics on all of these traffic sources and which ones you will and won't allow.

You also need significant cash reserves or a very good credit line. Most networks will require payment often [sometimes daily].

None of this is to be taken lightly. You will need to ensure that everyone including your credit card processor is prepared to handle massive volume in terms of sales, customer support, returns, and fraud.
