Can MRR be only sold to paid Membership Sites?

What I know about PLR and MRR can be put on the head of a pin.

Never paid any attention to them as there was no need.

Now I am rethinking my business. I'm at an age (older than the hills in life and doing business on the internet for 11 years) where I want to just do my passion.

This passion has nothing to do with the videos I've created up to this point.

So my question "Can I stipulate in Master Resale Rights only paid protected memberships can offer my videos?"

    Not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV so take my answer with a grain of salt.. maybe some tequila too

    You can specify your content to be used any way you want. You create a contract with the person when they buy it and can specify the way it can be used. Make sure you spell out in plain language what is says before they buy it.

    Limited the way it is used may reduce the overall value though as it can only be purchased and used by people who have paid membership sites.

    Maybe my thinking is in error but I was under the impression there were a lot of paid membership sites and the owners would be looking for videos their members could download.

    It would mean less work for the owner.

    Am I wrong?

    ...
    [YES] Can be added to paid membership sites
    [NO] Can be added to free membership sites

    You're saying MRR which means Master Resell Rights which usually means unless you say differently that buyers can pass on resell and Master resell rights to their customers.

    Now, If you stipulate that your product has to be sold only to membership sites, then The Membership sites you sell to would have to sell to other membership sites who in turn would have to sell only to other membership sites.

    I don't know of any Membership site whose customers are only other Membership sites, which would make your product worthless to them. That is because they really can't pass them on to their customers.
