How Do I Check Seasonal Search Stats?

I've found a keyword that looks pretty good. Market Samurai says that it has about 60,000 searches p/day on average. Only think is that when I look at the trends graph, it looks like the majority of the traffic is between May and October for this term.

I'll be happy to work the keyword intensely right now if I think I can squeeze 3,000 hits p/day out of it during the "slow months" but I need to check a specific span of time to do that. Otherwise, I'll just throw up a blog with a few articles, let it season a few months, and wait until Mid-March before I start working it.

How can I find out what the search volume was for a keyword only from Jan 1st 2009 - May 30th 2009?

Check out Google Insights for Search

Under the filter column, you can select a specific date range (the very last option in that drop down box).

Although you wont get an exact search volume, it gives you a general idea of the level of traffic

    Hope that helps!
