Best CRM Product?

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a Customer Management system for a company with 8 salespeople and a Novell server setup (no Microsoft products will work with Novell)

Our company needs a simple system with calendar, contact info, and alerts. We have 8 technologically callenged salespeople who need to be better organized.

There are systems out there costing 20-60,000 dollars that are far more than we need. I would like something we can learn and start using in 24-48 hours. Microsoft Outlook is perfect - but we cannot use Microsoft products.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Chuck is right you should definitely check out sugar CRM.
