This video is from Jeremy Shoemakers Shoemoney System squeeze page. I love the simplicity and I bet its conversions are pretty good too.

I hope that link works. Im not affiliated with this guy at all but he was the first IMer to really catch my eye almost a year ago. I learned most the basics from his blog before I found WF

Im going to be doing a couple of these in a few niches.

    I've gotta' admit, it's clean looking. But it didn't grab me.

    How successful is he? He recorded his video outside of an apartment building... not an office condo. Of course, if the apartment is a condo in Aspen, then he might have my attention.

    This has nothing to do with money. I saw the snow on his window sill and my ski gland started working overtime. Somehow that made me think of Aspen.

    He is pretty successful with his blog. I think its right around the 6 figure mark nothing too large. I agree the video could be more enticing to pull you in and thats something i will try and do for my videos.

    What I loved was the simple page layout...no text! Most squeeze pages with video have at least a headline or bullet points.

    Video pages always need text to go along with them... major bullet points

    Needs a compelling headline too.

    Of course the thing *might* be converting like crazy... but as a professional copywriter, I think it's unlikely.

    It's probably doing okay, though.

    I didn't find the layout very appealing... the opt-in needs to be to the right or the left.

    That opt-in box is barely above the fold, and anyone not running on a decent monitor with decent resolution may not even see it.

    I'm fine with video pages, but this one is kinda meh for me.
