I do that, but I want just a little more room. You know how some girls like to get lots of shoes, so they dream of a giant shoe closet? I like to keep all my PM's there for a bit. I just cleared it out a few weeks ago. I'm in the process of looking up lots of different services, and asking lots of questions, and I don't want someone to reply to me 2 weeks later and have to go digging for who that was and what I was asking them for in the first place.

I would agree with this. It's annoying waiting 20 sec becuase i typed something that the system doesnt recognise..then i jump back and edit search and have to wait 20 sec.

Can't this be reduced to even 5 sec for current war room members. Non war members get the 20 sec. -just a suggestion.

Im not sure if this is a "payable" service, but Id sure as hell like to see some form of "Guru Warriors" section of the forum, that only certain members can interact on in alignment with their knowledge and experience.

Im often filtering through threads to find posts by certain members to get an insight into their thoughts and opinions (of which I highly value) as opposed to listening to every joe blogs that comments.

Put simply, a section of the forum that only allows established internet marketers to share their knowledge.

This has been done before through the Warrior Alliance - which was great while it lasted and while everyone agreed on products to be provided. War broke out when people started to disagree.

There were aspirations for the War Room, but (IMHO) I guess $37 is within virtually anyones reach . . .

Here goes an upgrade that may make a few people upset ...

If your are going to post a WSO for the purpose of selling a membership site on Flippa then you must disclose this information to all buyers.

Also the cost of the WSO for this should be increased to $200 ...

I second your proposal, Jill. I'd also pay to get rid of the annoying time delay that the forum forces you to sit through in between replying to PMs, and also doing searches! Just like you, I'm a little addicted to doing PMs, and all these artificial delays really get distracting when you just want to hammer out several PMs in a row quickly!

Hey folks,

I agree to an extent with the additional space idea. While I do not need it for incoming messages, as they all come to my email, it is the "sent items" that I really don't like to lose.

I do download my PMs periodically and save them, but have been a bit lazy and not put together a nice way to keep them organized. I have been considering putting together something on WarriorPlus that would do this, though, as it does fit in nicely there.

Anyway, good thoughts. Hopefully we can come to a good solution.

  How do you download your PMs to your computer? I usually switch over to email or Skype once someone contacts me but still have people who give me all the details of their project only through PMs. I've been copy/pasting into an email and then sending it to myself but it's really a pain in the behind that way.
  
  I still wouldn't pay for a bigger PM box. I would pay for a further upgrade over the War Room that wasn't tied into the ability to post a WSO but just a place with extreme value like the War Room started out.
  
  Not that I don't like the War Room, because I do very much, but it has become a bit diluted with the greater membership. Before, just about every thread was useful to me but now not so much - have to pick and choose which to read instead.

I think there is a reason why Allen would want to give so many restrictions like seconds wait and PM storage.

Just look at how many ACTIVE MEMBERS we have here...

At any point in time, we have over 3000+ members posting, reading and loading the warriors forum. That means it is possible that we can have over 1000 members loading a WF webpage every second.

I don't know about you, but that's a lot of resource for a server.

Paying for more PM space may not be a solution because in the long run Allen will have to buy more harddisk space. Similarly, paying for lesser waiting time will mean that Allen will have to upgrade to a better server and bandwidth for us, the hungry warriors.

Think from Allen's point of view, would you want to do it?
