Which Warrior Said They Have This?

Hello Warriors:

I cam across a thread here some time ago in which a Warrior mentioned (in passing, IIRC) that he maintains a list of website buyers (proven and regular buyers, that is, not just people who express an interest but have never actually bought anything) and suggested that anyone thinking of selling their website should contact him.

I bookmarked the thread but, as seems to happen to alot of my bookmarks, it has disappeared into oblivion.

Does anyone know who that Warrior was/is? (Is it you?)

I ask for two reasons. Firstly, I am thinking about selling a website. However, if at all possible, I'd prefer to avoid the 'open-to-all-and-sundry' method of selling on a forum. I'd prefer to have details sent privately to potential (proven) buyers, as was/is the method employed by the above-mentioned Warrior (or, at least, that was how I interpreted what he was saying; I could be wrong, of course).

Secondly, I'm interested in learning what (proven and regular) buyers look for when deciding whether or not to purchase a site. And I don't just mean the obvious stuff like traffic, prior earnings, etc. but, specifically, what they consider in terms of the potential for expanding the business. (There seems little point in actually buying a site in the first place without there being room for expansion.)

Anyone have any thoughts on this (especially if you are actually the above-mentioned Warrior!)?

Regards,
Tommy.

    Nobody?

Actually, even if I don't track the guy down that's ok, because what I'm mostly interested in is this:

If you have (or are planning to) buy a website, are there specifics (outside of the obvious one's I mention above) that you look at prior to purchase, particularly relating to the potential for expansion?

I'm pretty sure this is not who you mean, but a Google Search brought up some details about this kid:

    About Kinkarso Tech Ltd.

Who was once interviewed by Justin Brooke, who is/used to be a warrior. Probably not what you are looking for, but it might help a little.

Here's the original article where I found out about this guy:
